Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review your Evonik Benefits Program options and choose the benefits that best meet your needs and those of your family. The Annual Enrollment period for 2024 Evonik benefits begins on October 20, 2023 and ends on November 3, 2023. You are not required to actively enroll for 2024 Evonik health benefits. If you decide not to make any changes, your 2023 benefits will carry forward to next year at 2024 contribution rates.

Whether you enroll online or complete a printed application, you will need to have a few things handy, including:

• The date of birth of the Evonik retiree
• Your Mercer Certificate Number (included in your enrollment packet that you received)
• If you already have coverage from Evonik, and you’re adding to your coverage, you’ll need your Mercer certificate number
• If you wish to have premium payments automatically deducted from your bank account, you’ll need your bank account number and bank routing number
